This year’s annual general meeting of IJV Canada will focus on issues of Jewish solidarity with the Palestinian struggle for self-determination. Participants will discuss internal IJV policies, hear about current campaigns and develop new strategies for working within and outside Jewish communities in Canada and for deepening international connections.
Among the speakers will be Neve Gordon, Jimmy Johnson, Bob Lovelace and Rabbi Lynn Gottlieb.
Workshop and panel topics will include the Jewish National Fund, Israel’s role in exporting arms, surveillance and security systems globally, and building alternative Jewish communities.
All are welcome: members, new and old, and non-members.

Subsidies and billeting available. Registration costs: (includes 5 meals) $100, $25-$50 for low income, unwaged, students or PWYC. Friday only, $40, Saturday $30, evenings $10-20. Please donate more if you have the resources to help cover costs.
